To waive the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion, the plan must be purchased within 21 days of the initial trip deposit, traveler must not be disabled from travel at time of plan purchase, and subsequent arrangements must be insured within 21 days of payment for those arrangements. Otherwise, coverage may be purchased up until the day prior to departure.
