Three Camel Lodge

This premier expedition camp of 40 gers, set in a peaceful hillside spot in the Gobi Desert, offers great comfort and is strategically close to several of the desert's “must-see” attractions. Modeled on the traditional felt tents of Mongolian nomads, the gers provide an authentic and memorable taste of Mongolian culture. Made of a latticed wood structure covered with layers of felt and canvas, they are furnished with beautifully painted wood-framed double beds and heated by a wood stove, and offer private bathrooms. There is a restaurant, bar, lounge area, and spa, as well as additional Western-style shower facilities located in a nearby central building that features a beautiful blend of Mongolian artifacts and traditional design.
