Built at the end of the 19th century, El Ombú estancia remains one of the most emblematic ranches in the pampas region. Centennial oaks, araucarias (monkey-puzzle trees), and palms adorn the 10-acre park in the heart of the property, and the estancia's main building is an 1880 farmhouse that has been in the same family since 1934. There are 12 en suite guest rooms and for large families, there are interconnecting rooms. The ranch has more than 350 Aberdeen Angus cattle and 70 horses, along with fields planted with soy, corn, wheat, or oats, depending on the time of year.
