Mark Cox

Mark Cox has a passion for all things outdoors in Scotland and is always amazed by the wealth of opportunities out there. Whether he’s on the trail mountain biking, paddling a sea kayak, or heading to the hills on a trip, every day is different. “I feel fortunate to be able to constantly explore Scotland and have chosen to live in the heart of Cairngorms National Park. I have nature on my doorstep but can also be almost anywhere in the Highlands within a couple of hours from home!” While he’s bounced around Scotland for most of the last 25 years, Mark has also been lucky enough to guide trips all over the world. Fun fact: for 18 months of his life his favorite neighbors were a 5,000-strong rock hopper penguin colony!
