Jakob Bakke

Jakob grew up along the rugged coastline of Southern Norway, where his love of the outdoors took root. With a degree in nature guiding and experience leading people in the mountains and wilderness, he’s passionate about creating safe, memorable experiences in nature. Jakob loves sharing his knowledge of the landscape and helping others discover the joy of being outdoors. For him, guiding is about more than reaching a destination—it’s about sharing the journey, learning along the way, and fostering a deeper connection with nature. Now living year-round in Henningsvær in the Lofoten Islands, he spends his free time skiing, hiking, kayaking, and climbing. He recently completed Norge på langs, a legendary long-distance hiking route spanning the length of Norway—in winter!
