Filippo believes the best way to experience a place is to venture where the roads end, connect with local people, and take time to enjoy the landscape—and, of course, savor delicious cuisine along the way. His past as a chef has deepened his appreciation for local flavors and culinary traditions, which he enjoys sharing with guests. When he’s not traveling, Filippo lives in Sicily with his wife and enjoys mountain biking and exploring the mountains, villages, and coastline he loves.
