Noel Mbwambo

Noel "Mchili" Mbwambo is an experienced Kili guide known for his calm and caring demeanor. Born in Tanzania's Pare Mountains, Mchili fell in love with mountaineering in the Dolomites. What started as a passion later became a profession, and today he guides in Tanzania where he's led Kilimanjaro summit climbs for more than 15 years. He also leads walking safaris—with the Hadzabe in Eyasi and the Maasai in Ngoronogoro. An ambitious mountaineering enthusiast in his past, Mchili now focuses on guiding clients safely and competently, sharing his knowledge and love of this region along the way.
