Yunus Özdemir

Combining his vast knowledge of archaeology with a passion for leading trips, Yunus has guided visitors from many countries around the world since 2003. After leading tours on Turkey’s Lycian Way, he created and realized the idea of a long-distance walking route in the Caria region in southwestern Turkey. Yunus received a degree in Classical Archaeology from Akdeniz University in 2005 and has a master’s degree in Cultural Heritage. For the past six years, he has lectured at Cappadocia University. He lives in Cappadocia with his wife and two children.
