Frenchgate Hotel

You can expect great hospitality and friendly service at the Frenchgate Hotel, a small (nine rooms) Georgian townhouse set on a quiet cobbled street the historic heart of Richmond. Built in 1750 as a “gentleman's” residence, it is currently owner-managed and you'll receive a warm welcome. In the evening, you can gather in the large lounge area with a wood-burning stove and recount the events of the day with your fellow travelers.
