Featuring original antique furniture and beautiful flooring by Sicilian artisans, this hotel is more like a museum. Originally built in the 19th century, the building faces out onto the Gulf of Ortigia, with lovely patios and a large veranda to savor meals. Inside, guest rooms are individually decorated with stone and wood accents, and each has wonderful views over the bay or city. Breakfast features a wide selection of dishes including bread, juice, coffee, and tea. Vegetarian and vegan are also available, as well as gluten-free products. If the weather is nice, be sure to enjoy a meal outside beneath an arbor of grapevines—the vistas are spectacular!
