Avijit Dutta

Originally from the bustling city of Calcutta, Avijit felt his true calling in India's wild landscapes and is the perfect travel companion to explore wildlife, tribes, and local cuisines across the country. He spent his childhood in the mountains of Kalimpong and later worked as a naturalist guide in the Pench Tiger Reserve. Avijit holds a degree in history and tourism and his writing and photography have been featured in a number of publications, including National Geographic Traveller India. When not leading trips, he creates teaching courses about wildlife and nature for kids.
