Our Private Journeys can be tailored to your group so arrival and departure cities and dates may vary. Below are suggested airports to reference during your booking process. Please note: you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the arrival and departure cities of your Private Journey. Please do not purchase your tickets until you are confirmed on the trip. Once your tickets have been purchased, please send us a copy of your airline schedule.

Suggested arrival time: anytime
You will be met upon arrival by a private transfer representative as you exit customs and transferred to the Wyndham Quito Airport Hotel by complimentary shuttle. Hotel check-in is at 12:00 pm.

Suggested arrival time: anytime

Trip members will be transferred from the Wyndham Quito Airport Hotel to Mariscal Sucre International Airport 3.5 hours pior to their international departure. Most flights depart for the US in the evening.
