Please do not purchase your tickets until you are confirmed on the trip. Once your tickets have been purchased, please send us a copy of your airline schedule.

Upon arrival in Punta Arenas, transfers will be provided to the group hotel for an overnight. On Day 2, you will be transferred to the ship for boarding in the afternoon.
Punta Arenas to Ushuaia Departures

Upon arrival in Punta Arenas, transfers will be provided to the group hotel for an overnight. On Day 2, you will be transferred to the ship for boarding in the afternoon.

Ushuaia (USH) to Buenos Aires (AEP/EZE)
You will disembark in Ushuaia at about 8:00 a.m on Day 12, subject to weather and sea conditions en route. A transfer will be provided from the ship to the Ushuaia Airport or downtown Ushuaia if you prefer. If you need to transfer in Buenos Aires from the domestic (AEP) to the international airport (EZE), allow at least four hours connection time in order to accommodate required customs and security checks. The international airport can be congested and the lines very long, especially in the early evening as most flights to the US depart between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am.

You will fly from Frei Base on King George Island to Punta Arenas (PUQ). After arrival in Punta Arenas you will be transferred to the group hotel for an overnight stay. Please note that Kinge George Island is located at the northern tipe of the Antarctic Peninsusla in the South Shetland Islands and is one of the most remote places on Earth. A clear sky with perfect visibility is required for safe take-off and landing
Should your flight not proceed due to local weather conditions; you will remain on the ship unti lit is deemed achievable to return to Punta Arenas. Refer to the Contigency Plan for details.
After Breakfast on Day 12 or 13 (depending on departure) you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flights home.
