Under Canvas Moab

Moab, USA

For a unique experience, enjoy safari-style walk-in tents on a property seven miles north of Moab. There are various tent options: Suite (sleeps 4, private bathroom), Stargazer (sleeps 2, private bathroom), Deluxe (sleeps 2, private bathroom), Safari (sleeps 2, shared bathhouse), plus a Kids Tent (sleeps 2, shared bathhouse). Pros: If you want to spend as much time in nature as possible, this is a great way of doing it. The service is excellent and being outdoors allows for wonderful sunsets, sunrises, and stargazing. In the evenings, enjoy live music and complimentary s’mores at the central campfire. This is also less expensive than the other accommodation choices. Cons: The high desert is very cold at night (but tents have a wood-burning stove). The property is next to the main highway so you will hear road noise, especially at night in your tent (they offer earplugs at check-in). There is no onsite restaurant.
