Borgo Egnazia

Borgo Egnazia is a lavish 40-acre resort created to resemble a “borgo,” or traditional fortified village, complete with paved alleys, a central piazza, stone cottages and villas, and a bell-towered church, all built of the beautiful white tufa stone of the region. Egnazia has a film-set quality that has lured many Hollywood celebrities (Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel rented the entire resort for their wedding). There are 144 guest rooms, 11 suites, and 28 villas, which each sleep up to eight, as well as six on-site restaurants, including Michelin-starred Due Camini.
