Sena Gatri was born in Akossombo, Ghana, and has been a guide in West Africa since 2007. He studied English at the University of Lome and is also fluent in French, and understands different local dialects, which include Fanti, Twi, Achanti, Ga, and Ewe. He loves to travel and read, and makes it a point to create a wonderful atmosphere for guests to explore this diverse region in Africa.
The best guide we have had on ANY trip, anywhere. Easy facilitation, clear anticipation of events, and outstanding problem solving. He made instant friends with the Africans we encountered and that made access to clinics, churches, and school visits possible
Extremely engaging—amazed how well he could connect with villages along the way. An excellent ambassador and master of 5-6 languages.
Sena did a great job. He really helped us understand local culture and was able to introduce us to activities and people that were not even part of the scheduled tour.
