Natasha handled everything beautifully and we felt very well cared for. She was an excellent source of information about everything we saw and did, and was so very delightful to be with. She is truly a Russian national treasure!

Russia: Land of the Czars
Though we have come to expect WT guides to be excellent, Natasha was a particular delight! She had a lovely manner, kept us moving without making us feel ‘herded,’ kept her sense of humor. She had a magical way of moving us through large groups of people and her knowledge of Russian history, art, and culture was encyclopedic. Furthermore, no question, complaint, or concern was a problem for her. I appreciated her love of her country and her enthusiasm in sharing Russia with us.
