Bushby rob

Rob Bushby

Born and bred in Lancashire, England, Rob Bushby has been a resident of Edinburgh, Scotland, for over two decades, owns his own kilt, and enjoys haggis as well as black pudding. Rob has worked in places of nature, grandeur, and tranquility since the 1980s, and in roles that introduce and connect people to wild places throughout the United Kingdom, including the Lake District (and Australia) with The Outward Bound Trust, the Scottish Highlands with Venture Scotland, and throughout the UK with the John Muir Trust. He promotes outdoor learning in government policy, is active in literacy and nature initiatives, and immerses himself in the comedy, theater, and culture of Edinburgh’s Festivals every August. Rob recently experienced trips to India and California with his teenage daughters, adding another dimension to the term “adventure.”
