This atmospheric Benedictine monastery has been artfully transformed into a unique 45-room hotel. It was founded in the 10th century and rebuilt in the 16th century with the addition of a beautiful Gothic cloister. The property is still church-owned and has a functioning church within it. There are two restaurants and an excellent staff.
