Kulala Wilderness Reserve, Namibia
With marvelous vistas of the famous red dunes and big blue skies of the Namib, Kulala Desert Lodge is set in the Kulala Wilderness Reserve, a private reserve adjoining Namib-Naukluft Park. The lodge has 15 simple canvas-walled twin-bedded rooms under thatch with en suite bathrooms and small verandas. The main lodge has a bar, dining area, and wrap-around veranda overlooking a waterhole, a great location for viewing and photographing the desert panoramas.
