Miyajima Island, Japan
This traditional ryokan’s location right on the water's edge is perfect for seeing all the scenic sights of Miyajima Island. It features lovely views of the iconic red torii right from the baths and wonderful meals (fresh oysters are a specialty). We don the ryokan's yukatas (traditional kimono-style robes provided for guests) for a farewell evening stroll along the lantern-lit lanes overlooking the torii gate in the sea.
