Moulin de Cambelong
Nestled at the bottom of the ravine that it shares with the stunning village of Conques, this small hotel-restaurant occupies a restored 18th century water mill on the banks of the Dourdou River. It is owned by a passionate young chef who received his Michelin Star two years ago and serves cuisine that is traditional and creative at the same time. The rooms are spacious, each one different, and all are furnished with antiques. The charming living room is a perfect place to sip an Armagnac by the fireplace!
