Tanya Perret has had a passion for the mountains for as long as she can remember. Since 1997, she has led more than 73 hiking trips in the European Alps and Nepal. She has also ascended both Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn and holds the British Association of International Mountain Leader guiding qualifications. Originally from Bath, England, Tanya fell in love with the Alps—buying a small property in the mountain village of Chatel, France, where she currently resides. One of her favorite trips is the Tour du Mont Blanc, saying, “At the end of the trip, all of the clients had become firm friends.” Tanya is also the Professional Officer for the British Association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML), advising and directing other mountain leaders. When not leading trips, she enjoys skiing and hiking adventures with her family.
Tanya was fantastic! If she is indicative of all your trip leaders, you have a great gig going.
