Kimber Owen

Kimber Owen, Owner and Captain of the M/V Sea Wolf, holds a 100-ton USCG license. A naturalist and conservationist, she has led small-ship kayaking journeys in Glacier Bay for 7 years and her knowledge of natural history, geology, local flora and fauna makes the trip an unforgettable learning adventure. Alaska has always been in her heart and the sea in her blood so it was natural that her life led her the M/V Sea Wolf, a lovely historic vessel with a strong past and current role in conservation education. Kimber loves to share her home—the beautifully restored M/V Sea Wolf—and introduce trip members to the incredible wilderness experiences that abound in Alaska.
