Zelalem Haile-Michael, born and raised in Addis, is a graduate of Ethiopia's Catering & Tourism Training Institute (CTTI), with a specialty in tour operations. Zelalem is a full-time professional guide who has been introducing visitors to Ethiopia for the past five years. He speaks English and French along with Amharic, the national language of Ethiopia.
