Robert Barber
Robert Barber, born in the southern highlands of Tanzania, was introduced to the bush at a young age. His first stomping ground was Ruaha National Park, Tanzania, where his family regularly went camping. Rob worked in a lodge at Ruaha National Park for a season with family friends and discovered that a life of working in the bush was unquestionably the one for him. He studied in Bristol, England, graduating with a BA, but the call of the bush brought him back to Botswana and its incredible wilderness and special culture. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a fully licensed professional safari guide who works throughout the country, from the Okavango to Chobe and the Kalahari.
