|||
Please be advised that all terms and conditions as detailed in our 2007 Wilderness Travel Catalog, and on our trip application, apply to all trips in our Private Journeys brochure. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-368-2794. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time. Detailed itineraries are available for all programs on this website. We invite you to visit our Private Journeys webpage to download the itineraries or call us at 1-800-368-2794 to discuss your travel plans with one of our experienced consultants. Early reservations are recommended since many lodges and airline seats sell out early. To process your reservation, you can call us and charge the initial $500 deposit (per person) to your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card or mail in a check with your request. Each participant must submit a separate signed application prior to departure. Download a blank Trip Application (in PDF format–30K). Upon receiving your deposit, we will request your preferred dates. When they are confirmed, we will send you a confirmation packet including a detailed trip itinerary, visa application (if needed), travel insurance application, and departure notes with clothing and equipment list, suggested reading list, and general information. If your requested dates are not available, the deposit is fully refundable. Prices are for 2007, and are based on double occupancy. All trips require a minimum of two participants. A single supplement is charged for single accommodations (for additional participants). To offer the lowest possible prices, all of our Private Journeys are priced based on the understanding that no changes will be made to the published itinerary. Please note that for trips in certain areas of the Southern Hemisphere such as Patagonia, New Zealand, and Australia, prices are seasonal. In such cases, the prices quoted in this catalog are for early 2007 only and are so noted on the detailed itinerary. Prices for Fall 2007 would not normally be available until early 2007. At time of reservation.......................$500 per
person * Payment schedules for the Galápagos cruises and some other programs vary. These exceptions are indicated in the detailed itinerary printed separately for each of these trips. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply, computed as of the date we receive your written cancellation notice. More than 90 days prior to departure...........$250 per
person ** Cancellation penalties for Galápagos charters and some other programs are higher and are outlined in the detailed itinerary for each trip. Wilderness Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. The refund of all land payments received shall release Wilderness Travel, Inc. from any further liability. Due to special pricing considerations, travel agent commissions and Toucan Club discounts do not apply for our Private Journeys. However, your participation on these trips does count towards your Toucan discount on future departures of Wilderness Travel’s regular expeditions. For more information regarding our Toucan Club bonus program, please visit our Toucan Club webpage.
